Grey Squirrel

Not such a bushy tail as the squirrel in your garden Keith. Your pictures shows the tree bark beautifully and I love the mixture of greens in the leaves.

Yes, they were introduced this this country in the 1870s, as and "ornamental" species for rich people's country estates. They are considered and invasive species as they have displaced the native red squirrels almost completely in England.

I still like them...........after all, it's not their fault :-)
