Nick and his photography assistant you've already met; the guy with the beard is Mike Paige, who's part of the sound team.

The sound guys need someone on the stage to move microphones and other equipment around. So Mike's up there between acts, making adjustments and hauling cables; occasionally he helps fix something while the band's playing.

Gotta say Mike's beard's grown pretty impressive. Must be the pandemic's fault.
