I love your composition Roger................I wonder if the people who erected the stones realised they would make lovely leading lines for when they were photographed in the future?

They look splendid in the sunshine and I love the green and earthy colours in the landscape. The sky is lovely! It's easy to see how some of the stories and legends came about - there must be quite a mystical atmosphere there.

An interesting link too...........the place has an intriguing history!

Thank you for the terrific comments Keith, I have a thing about standing stones and the like but non of the many has had an atmosphere or mystic feeling like these, the place just made the hairs on the neck stand up, A return visit is an absolute must.
