ich mußte schließlich zwischendurche mit der einen Hand wiedermal ein Bier trinken - dann hat man natürlich nicht so die richtige Standfestigkeit und die andere Hand wackelt auch

Immer wieder mal muß ich deine Reihenfolge anschauen , wenn du hören könntest wie ich lache :-)))

Ach Karlchen hab gerade eine Bergtour hinter mir - von 630 Höhenmeter auf 1170m zu den Astenhöfen, der höchste immer bewirtschafte Bergbauernhof Deutschlands.

Also, thank you so much for your long comment on my Christmas Eve/Oregon Junco Happy Holidays picture!! *hugs* I am sorry that I freaked you out...it was hard for me to decide if it would be ok to post my story. In the end I hoped that people wouldn't hate me too much for talking about something so creepy! :P I'm sorry that you have a terrible fear of anything that reminds you of a snake. Anna, if only we were close. I believe that I could help you to not be afraid anymore if you gave me your trust...I once helped my childhood friend who was totally terrified of snakes...I changed her from not able to enter a room with a snake and after a couple of weeks, she loved snakes and happily wore one around her neck and stroked it with great affection. I also have had my horrors...as a child I was totally freaked out by spiders. I just screamed and screamed, especially because I had some frightening encounters as I grew up. But...years passed and I realized they are more afraid of us than we are of them...and that really goes for most animals...but anyway, I slowly cured my fear of spiders...I love them so much now, but of course my respect is high...I respect from a distance so I don't scare them. Anyway, as for the animal in my post, the Horsehair worm...wow...I was both fascinated and totally disgusted. They are just so strange. I really love so much that you are part of what I like to call the world-wide Earthworm Patrol! You save them too, if they are drowning in a puddle or in the road or what ever. I actually have no issue with picking them up with my fingers but the fact that you pick them up with a stick is so BRAVE! You are afraid but you help them anyway. That is so awesome!! I do have to say, if a snake-like creature is SLIMY, I can understand the extra creepy factor... and earthworms are definitely slimy...but that Horsehair worm was like touching a long, very thick hair like a thin angel hair pasta, that wasn't at all slimy. Still, let's be honest here: I was very happy to put it back down on the ground! I was fighting a little urge to jump up and down and squeal! :D

Jeden Winter hatte ich einen Untermieter ein langbeinige Spinne im Badezimmer. Wenn sie aus Dummheit oder Unachtsamkeit mal in die Badewann fiel und nicht wieder herauskam, habe ich sie wieder and die Wand gesetzt, wo sie dann schnell wieder an die Decke krabbeln konnte.
Dieses Jahre ist sie oder eine andere ausgeblieben...
