Installation by Tim Ulrichs he used his own head for be able to mold these similar parts in shape of a street - Here in Germany we say street shaped like heads ( in one word : Kopfsteinpflaster)

Somewhere in a museum there are heads for a similar installation. The buyers of this work were very disappointed by the artist because they didn't want to buy a copy with their purchase. So these heads stayed in the magazine, probably forever.
