I have only two pictures that I can upload from my internet facility in Bangalore, India, where I am currently on vacation. Here is one of the two pictures. What is it??? I know, but do you? Clue: this picture was NOT taken in India.

Yes, a kind of silo, maybe underground. For animal food or corn.
