The lizard of Penha de França - Lisbon.

According to legend, a shepherd was resting and awoke with a venimous snake heading to him. A lizard showed up and chased the snake away, saving the shepherd from a letal bite.
This mural by Leonor Brilha helps to keep the memory of the legend.
