Leyland Atlantean AVK 176V fleet no 176 was delivered new to the Byker – Newcastle – depot of Tyne and Wear PTE in August 1980. Upon deregulation in 1986, this became Busways Travel Services. Delivered new to Eastern National in 1985, this Leyland Olympian, B693 BPU, was employed on longer distance routes in South East Essex/East London. Following a spell with various owners, the vehicle passed into preservation in 2018, and is currently painted in the colours of Northumbria Motor Services.
