Thanks so much, Pam! Thank you for identifying the butterfly for me; these little Skippers are sometimes rather elusive because they are fast when hopping from one flower to the other. The Monarch butterfly in the PiP is the first I have seen in several years! I was just lucky to capture its image. I wish I could have been much closer to it when I snapped the photo, but beggars can't be choosy, lol.

The Monarchs... the past 2 years they have come through here(each time about 20.. for a few days) on the way down to Mexico in October. I have been so lucky. This year there is less for them... I so hope they come again.
