Mild Spring weather arrives - if only for a short while,. small daffodils,. 'or whatever' some 'Snow drops' and other colourful things growing in there too - make for an optimistic outlook to get out and about without coats gloves - hats and scarves.

Mostly cold and grim here in UK. so here's another anniversary shot from 5 years to the date and day - taken from the Balcón de Europa, Nerja and illustrating the typical blue skies to be enjoyed during a winter break.. The extensively selfied and well patted head statue,. is of King Alfonso XII and it is sited to commemorate his visit to the town following a devastating earthquake on Christmas Day 1884.

'Plumbley hall' seen here existed in the early 1800s and sits just across the track from the previous photo seen in the 'pip' .. Plumbley itself consists mainly of farmland and historically along with sickle-smithing along the local streams and mills in the nearby 'Moss valley' which would have been the main occupations in the area.

Having taken piano lessons as a yoof', I wandered into this Cambridge UK. store, 2017, to look at the 'Bechstein' ,.assuming that it was very well used,. being an unbelievable low price of £1,299 to discover this was 'just one' of 47 further monthly installments !!, to meet the full price of £61.900,....... I wandered out again.

Clear skies and sunshine,. but a hard frost remains in shaded areas and still bitter cold,., as we amble down our local woods. One lone jogger - two dog walkers and a few squirrels were the only other signs of life.

A view North East across .. 'Borth-y-Gest' towards Snowdonia National Park - North Wales... the Welsh narrow guage Highland railway steam train can be seen proceeding along 'The Cob' a man made raised road - rail - footpath and sea barrier., completed in 1811.
