monkey and bokeh
At Medellin zoo
I always wonder how similar to us are their facial expressions
Taked with canon 60d and canon 55-250 mm, at f 5.6 (the maximal open at 250 mm---> equivalente of a zoom of 400 mm)
You don´t need a large zoom f2.8 (and very expensive) for get a nice bokeh (if you are PRO ok)

A very nice clear picture,
From your EXIF data, it calculates to a depth of field around 0.35 metres, so as you say, no need of a big expensive lens! Just focus on the subject, and the rest will look after itself!
Best Wishes, and stay safe!!
