I AM ADDICTED TO LAVENDER. I USE LAVENDER OIL EVERY SINGLE DAY !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I LOVE IT NOW, BUT WHEN ABOUT 15, I DRANK A GLASS OF WHAT I THOUGHT WAS WATER BUT WAS IN FACT MY SISTER'S LAVENDER WATER ... AND I REMAINED BADLY DISPOSED TO THE SMELL FOR MANY YEARS, THANKFULLY THAT'S IN THE PAST

Wow you poor thing - rain today?? Well you went back at the wrong time - it's been absolutely gorgeous for the last few weeks and apparently is expected to last a few more!!!! It's great isn't it? - well not for you really!!! LOL

This is a gorgeous photo and like Ecobird says above - I too can also see why you love it there.

My weather timing these past 7-8 months has been atrocious, Jenny! I'm trying to get some sun but my anglo lillywhite limbs betray my feeble efforts to catch whatever sun has been going. (None!)

This week will be a thundery wash out as well so it'll now be over 5 years since I last visited this Sierra :o(
But yes, rain is needed. It's just not getting to the water table at this time of year as it is absorbed by the arid soil, tree roots as the trees lap it up when in leaf, and evaporation. But on the news they said that at least some was getting through to the reservoirs in some parts of Spain.

Every bit helps! And much better than a short spell of heavy rain where all the water just runs off...
