Cristobal Colon is having his critics, as statues of 'oppressors' everywhere are under threat. This one may be toppled too!
Safe for a few years I think. The lightning storm that came soon after this shot might have done it but all the strikes fell elsewhere!

It was one of those short and sharp storms - hailstones the size of marbles, that kind of thing. Christopher isn't wearing a hat so he might have had a sore head!
