This was my only shot on Pano that got over 100,000 views (but only a handful of comments, likes and faves). I think almost certainly that Google Earth had it prominently placed at this location so it was unavoidable really and nothing to do with whatever merit this shot may or may not have!

I have taught English at the tops of all these towers (to senior management) and so get good views. (I have posted some of these on Pano. I must try and find them from my archives and re-post here).

I know what you mean about weird view numbers. I had a shot of Rabbit looking out over a hilly landscape in India which received tens of thousands of views on Flickr, but scarcely a comment or like. It must have been linked to from some other site or platform, like yours.

I wonder what the breakdown is on ipernity of 1) ex-Flickr members, 2) ex-Pano members, and 3) others?
Of course there will be overlaps but even so ...
