Hosta giant

Hosta giant
Bigger every year. This is about 4.5' (1.4m) in diameter. With my little north-facing garden, there are few blooming things I can grow besides hosta and astilbe. I can't do any real gardening, anymore, so maintaining what I already have will have to do.

Fred Fouarge, Ulrich John, Ronald Losure have particularly liked this photo

Astonishing how green can calm you down!
A nice composition! One can see how the leaves collect the (rain) water and lead it to the ground.

Thank you, poly. I agree, it is a peaceful color! It's nice to see globes of water in the pinched part of the leaves after a rain.
