I owned an old Minolta SLR many years ago which sparked my interest in photography. No auto-focus or complex features of any kind. It taught me how to manually operate a camera for best results.

I use Sony CSC APS-C and Nikon DSLR Cameras but find I am increasingly using my mobile (cell) phone which is nearly always with me. I enjoy Drone photography having spent time and effort getting properly qualified and insured which has opened up lots of new photography possibilities.

I generally shoot RAW and "develop" using Capture One Pro software.

I enjoy striving for better photographs and find the creativity and talent shown by others hugely inspiring.
