During our stay in Loei for one week we almost eat every evening at this place buying food from different stalls. The offer of northern specialities is chameleonic and unique. A handicap is happen when heavy rain fall down the sky and people try to escape the natural shower.

Som Tam is a style of papaya salad in Thailand as well as in Laos, Cambodia and Vietnam too. The lady sells different kinds of papaya salads for 20 to 30 Baht each plate = 47 to 70 Eurocent.

Loei's night food park is one of the best opportunities to enjoy an authentic northern Thai dinner for very reasonable prices in a typical Thai market ambiance. Local people love this place, not for dinner only but as the meeting area for chatting and drinking together. The man at the foreground seems to have a bit of tipsiness.
