Friday was the first day this year that I have been able to walk as far as the pond, as it has been very muddy. Monarch's Way is part of the escape route taken by King Charles II in 1651. It starts in Worcestershire and ends in Sussex....I haven't walked the whole route ;-)

A few signs of spring on my local walk, but the ground is very soggy after all the recent rain, but the public footpaths were fine.
