Parmesan crusted egglplant served with grilled shrimp.. Gorgonzola cheese.. & tomato chutney ( with just enough kick to it! )... Leftovers heated up in saute' pan.... oh, marvelous! There is a stack of generous-sliced eggplant.. 3 or 4.. If you live where there is a Harry's Seafood Bar & Grill and you like eggplant... this is a keeper!
