I never saw a Volkswagen rat rod before, but I think that's what they were going for here. Seen at the Wayne County Misfits Spring Car Show, held at the Leo French Park in Fairfield, Illinois, on May 25th, 2019.

The license plate on this Volkswagen Beetle said "GROOV 99." Shot with an Easy Shot Mini 35mm one-time-use camera which, as an experiment, I had reloaded with Fuji film and used a second time.
