Another view from Lydeard Hill looking across the Vale of Taunton Deane captured just as the light was beginning to fade and mist gathering.

It's autumn, the Bracken and Trees are tuning colour while in the vale fields are ploughed ready for winter crops, This is the vale of Taunton Deane from near the top of Lydeard Hill (1198 ft 365m) on Somerset's Quantock Hills, Through the mist and in the distance are the Brendon Hills and beyond them, it is possible to glimpse small parts of Exmoor National Park, but this will need a large view.! The patchwork fields in the Vale of Taunton Deane are next for a watering as a storm moves across from Exmoor and onward's to the gorse at Lydeard Hill, Quantock Hills AONB, Somerset' Large may be better.
