Our flowering red gum has many flowers now, attracting bees and native birds.
New South Wales, Australia.
It is Eucalyptus Summer Red, a (grafted) hybrid between Eucalyptus ficifolia and ptychocarpa, about 2.5 metres high, at the moment. Can grow to a height of 5m and a crown width of 3m.

Summer here in Australia, and the red gum is preparing to burst into flower. It looks like it may be earlier in 2023. This year it flowered in March. Currently a small tree, about 2 metres hign.
It is Eucalyptus Summer Red, a (grafted) hybrid between Eucalyptus ficifolia and ptychocarpa.
