Memorial park for 50 submarines lost in WWII, at Naval Weapons Station, Seal Beach, CA. Each of plaque represents a lost submarine. There are actually 52 plaques, 2 for submarines lost after WWII. Considering the number of deaths and the nature of those deaths, the memorial seems somewhat understated.
