After a big plate full of poutine, I was about to go for seconds when I heard Dolly Parton's voice in my head singing (to the time of Jolene): "Poutine, poutine, poutine, poutiiiiiine! Please don't eat more just because you caaan!" But I did anyway because it was so good. No regrets.

Together with our Canadian HelpXers, Ally & Gavin, we made fresh cheese curds, made fresh chips and... er, we made gravy with Gravox. It was better than the component parts and was just delicious. I can see why it's a Canadian comfort food.
