Publisher / Photographer: Unidentified Notation: I quite like this shot of the Argyle, originally a ferry boat that transported folks between Kenora and Kewation on Lake of the Woods, Ontario. It is apparently a non-commercial postcard that came from a family album in Winnipeg - one of a collection of postcard photos of a vacation taken in the Kenora area.

Date: Unposted. Automobiles suggest pre-1950 Publisher / Photographer: Not evident. The large steamer at the left is the Argyle II. Replacing the original Argyle in 1936, it operated as a ferry and sightseeing boat until 1975 in the Kenora & Keewatin area of Lake of the Woods. It was replaced by the MS Kenora.
