I stopped to take a photo of the impressive vintage barn, and a home and dog came out to see what was happening. I included them in the image. This was taken west of Regina, Saskatchewan.

A pinto with an odd-looking eye, which is apparently common among horses with pinto markings. Taken near Regina, Saskatchewan in November 2021.

When this horse came close to the fence to check me out I noticed that its eye was an odd colour. I have subsequently learned that this condition is common in pintos.

A different kind of cattle drive, using pickup trucks and a tractor. The cow pictured was the last of about 200 herded across the road.
