Morris Eight Series E

The Morris Eight was restyled in 1938. I saw this one in a field adjoining Wilton Windmill when I visited in 2011. I've angled the picture to suggest the car is going downhill because that was the only way it could attain a speed of 60 mph. Logically the haystack is also going downhill, but that is an optical illusion. The laws of physics don't always apply in neolithic Wiltshire. For information, Wilton Windmill is not in, nor particularly close to, the borough of Wilton near Salisbury. You'd do better looking for it near Marlborough.

Somewhere in the Deep Mountain Hills of Dakota

A track marked 'Private'. A fence with a hole in it. A rusty oil drum, a decaying part-glazed timber frame, and ... a Vauxhall Victor FE Transcontinental - in a suburban garden. What do you collect?

Wolseley 1100

Produced by BMC between September, 1965 and March, 1968, 17,397 were made and to see one which has not succumbed to rust is unusual. It could make 85 mph. Driven more sedately than flat out it delivered 29 mpg. Acceleration from 0 - 60 mph was slow: 18.4 seconds. But it cornered well, and so there was no need to slow down if the road ahead was clear. This one has become a film star. It appeared in 'The Lady in the Van' (2015).

Riley

I think this is a Riley RMA from the early 1950s. Rileys were manufactured from 1890. The company became part of the Nuffield Organisation in 1938. Later it was absorbed into British Leyland, who summarily ended production of Rileys in 1969. For several years before then, Rileys had simply been rebadged Austin and Morris models. This motor shows much more of the Riley spirit. Nikon D2Xs and 50mm f/1.4 Nikkor AF-D lens.
