This is the first collage I've made which has a scanned scrap of actual wood veneer in it. Shown smaller than the original completed size of 2835 X 3750. The bust of Saint Juliana is from Italy, c1476, clipped from a Metropolitan Museum of Art catalog.

Filters are "Pixelate: Color Halftone" and "Artistic: Smudge Stick." Also I went berserk with the Transform and Hue options and I'm not even sorry. :p

La dee da... 'tis autumn: the time for sad (aka deep, dark) colors and questions without answers...

Playing mostly with Transform, a little Stroke, some paint, and a few spots with filters ("Sketch: Torn Edges," "Pixelate: Color Halftone," and "Render: Fibers.")

ATC "Odd Hat 7" (ex)

Two filters from the "Brush Strokes" category: "Dark Strokes" and "Spatter," fused together beneath a plain layer in "Subtract" mode. Then I added a pretend brick wall using the "Texturizer" function underneath all that-- because I haven't done anything that corny in a while. :D

ATC "Bubblehead 10" (ex)

Combined layers of "Artistic: Palette Knife" and "Distort: Glass: Canvas," with bits of Clone Stamp and Eraser in low percentages.

ATC "Rose 2" (Ex)

Mostly a mashup of the filters: "Chrome," "Film Grain," and "Sponge." (Hey, it's 8AM here. Don't expect miracles. :p )
