Just got rid of "Storm Isha" [19 - 23 Jan 2024] and "Storm Jocelyn" [22 - 26 Jan 2024] was following close behind. Widespread "Yellow Warnings" for rain, and wind. Storm Eunice [ 14 - 20th Feb 2022] The Met Office issued a number of different Weather Warnings for Storm Eunice. These were changed several times, and this graphic gives the situation as at 1033 on 18th February 2022. I live approximately where that amber warning cuts the border between England and Scotland. Judging by the damage caused by windy weather over Friday night, we were actually inside the zone. [mainly to nearby trees, but power lines were down only a few miles away]. . Storm Arwen - in the UK - 25th to 27th November 2021 - resulted in many people being without electrical power due to damaged OHL supply routes, sometimes for prolonged periods. eg. Dudley was named on 14th February 2022, and after the 17th it started a move away to the east. It was destructive in Germany & especially in Poland. [five deaths in total] . . Not my Image : Fair Use & public information

By about 17:30 on the 18th Feb 2022, The Met Office revised the weather warnings again, deleting the two RED warnings in the southern part of the UK and adding further yellow warnings in the northern half. . . Not my Image : Fair Use & public information
