A restored / converted Broads Wherry, has just moored opposite Horning Staithe. Some of the crew are about to do some shopping.......

Memorial seat just along the staithe at Horning from the Swan Inn. No idea what the plaque said. But a nice change from the usual benches, and the local youngsters can't sit on the back with their (dirty) feet on the seat.

In the evening calm, on the staithe outside The Swan Inn at Horning. We had just finished a rather nice meal. We called here with the "William Riley" pulling lifeboat a couple of years ago and it is mentioned in some of the Arthur Ransom books.
