My daughter enjoys a bit of excavation and sand sculpture when we visit the beach. It's a good job that Cass is easy going!

Hot and happy after a run and a splash.

A hard place to lie but hopefully nobody will notice Cass snoozing at the back of the beach.

She may be well into her twelfth year but to Cass a day out is an adventure not to be missed. Having scaled two Peak District hills it was time to have a break and watch the sheep quietly grazing on the slopes below Chrome Hill.

A swim a day makes for a happy Cass.
