I did this Orb a while ago and simply filed it away under "Maybe it worked/Maybe it didn't" :-)
I came across the file t'other day and when I looked again I couldn't believe that "July, You're A Woman" is the title of a song :-) This song features on one of my all-time favourite albums from 1974 and that is "The Phoenix Concerts" by John Stewart. I still have my vinyl copy and, of course, the cd as well :-)
Arnie Moore - bass
Jonathan Douglas - organ, congas, piano
Loren Newkirk - piano, organ
Jim Gordon - drums
Michael Stewart - rhythm guitar
Dan Dugmore - pedal steel guitar, electric guitar
Mike Settle - vocals
Denny Brooks - vocals
Buffy Ford - vocals

One from the archives where I used the 'Art History Brush' in Photoshop. I was fairly pleased with the result here. But, since this time my success with the 'Art History Brush' has gone downhill.....rapidly :-)
Here comes a little bit of a tenuous link for 'Sight and Sound'. I guess you would need a cradle to turn this boat over and this, of course, links to "Cradle To A Boat" by The Kennedys (Maura & Pete) :-)

This is one of the windows in The Sheldonian Theatre, Oxford. I was let loose with GIMP Photo Software.....as often happens :-)
I think I applied a cube/frame effect or similar and I think the result looks, very vaguely, like a tunnel of love. So, a wayward link to "Tunnel of Love" by Doris Day sounds good to moi :-)

This was the Oxford University Biochemistry Building before I got let loose on it :-)
Not exactly sure 'wot' I did but that's 'par for the course' :-) Anyway, could have involved the Perspective filter in GIMP :-)
I feel sure "True Colours" by both Cyndi Lauper and Phil Collins has been used in our Group. I have, therefore, gone for the version by Celtic Woman.

I sometimes think photo software ought to be taken away from me :-)
This shot of part of Boscombe Pier was intended to be an Orb! But, I think I flipped horizontally when I should have flipped vertically or vice versa :-) After that, things started to go downhill rapidly :-)
Initially, there was only one light so perhaps I hit 'Symmetrize'. Also, there has been some 'Dream Smoothing' applied :-)
As there are two lights and some sea I figure a 'Sight and Sound' link to "Same Sea" by Lights is permissible :-)

More messing 'bout in GIMP Photo Software :-)
I was only goin' to add this to AbsOrbed but then I thought there is a tower here so I could also link this to "Ivory Tower" by Blackmore's Night :-)
This shot features the Andrew Wiles Building and the Radcliffe Observatory (now part of Green Templeton College) topped by The Tower of Winds in Oxford.
