These Joshua Trees, Yucca brevifolia, were photographed along the road to Keyes Point in Joshua Tree National Park.

Taken near the White Tank Campground in Joshua Tree National Park, the photo shows some of the "trees", really Yuccas, for which the park is known.

These are some of the Joshua Trees we saw along the Pinto Basin Road in Joshua Tree National Park. Joshua Trees are Yucca brevifolia and not really a tree at all.

Driving south on the Pinto Basin Road in Joshua Tree National Park we began to see the trees for which the park is named.Really they are not trees at all but Yucca plants.
