Another look at one of the three falls here at Aysgarth, This time looking down on what I regard as a flight of step falls. The PiP shows my previous capture further downsteam.
Aysgarth Falls are a triple flight of waterfalls, surrounded by woodland and farmland, carved out by the River Ure over an almost one-mile stretch on its descent to mid-Wensleydale in the Yorkshire Dales of England, near the village Aysgarth.
Enjoy the day.
HFF ~ A breath of Summer

As autumn starts to take a hold here in Britain, I am still reminded of this year’s summer.
We had made a trip to the Aysgarth waterfalls and I spotted this field on our walks between the falls. The fences seem to fit in quite naturally here but the queen of the screen is naturally the red berries of the Rowan tree.
Have a good weekend.

Onother day out whilst staying at Leyburn brings us to a marvellous set of waterfalls. This is the third set for us, of which I thought the most impressive. None are particularly high but there are a lot of cascades for sure. A dodgy little climb down the rocks with my camera and tripod to get this shot.
