    We’re having here what some call Yo Yo weather; one day high winds and heavy rain, the next very sunny and mild. The forecasters had ‘promised’ a heatwave by the end of the week, but I’m guessing they just mean London. If it ain’t happening in London, then it ain’t happening. That’s my interpretation anyway. It’s sunny here today with some light winds, but 15C doesn’t make it a heatwave in my opinion.     Sorry I haven't written for a while, but to be honest, I've been too busy trying to stay cool here!!! The high temperatures here really do take it out of you.     Well I had offered to have a mum cat and her two kitties, but I realised that to have that large an influx of cats wouldn't be fair on Pippin, so unfortunately I've had to decline. I didn't find the decision too hard, when I found out that neither of the female cats liked being held, and were quite temperamental. I want to have a cat who loves being cuddled and stroked.     Watching the birdies out the window

    I am a cat person as you've no doubt realised by now and the last few years I've been so happy with my cats and also very sad by their quick passing. Roxy was 12 years old but he got some illness and died last year. He wasn't all that keen on cuddles but always had to be close to you - I miss him terribly............     OUTDATED Jojo (ADOPTED) Jojo arrived with her momma Luna, brother Rizzo, and sister Jitterbug. The whole family was carrying pavovirus and very quickly became horrendously ill. Thankfully, we were able to keep them hydrated through subcutaneous fluids and the whole family survived the deadly virus.
