sorry, dear @Pipilina, this isn't a Pizza, this is a hot stone. On it very hot surface the very skilled staff fry the meal on the hot plate. The customer before can choose the meat and vegetable out of a buffet and bring it to the trained staff to get it cooked or fried. Its like a Teriaki style in Japan.
