Not entirely sure where this was ... somewhere around Manitoulin Island.

I could have on the way back as there were only 5 people on the plane. I've taken the same picture in other years and I think I've figured out where the island shaped like a fish is ... but I'm too lazy to go over to Flickr to check.

The water levels have dropped so much in the Great Lakes (of which this is a part) that everything now has a beach around it ... so the islands are neatly outlined by sand. That wouldn't have been the case 20 years ago.
