They may sell things that are different from what they're selling in the shops here. The shop exteriors certainly look different :-) On the other hand, we get a lot of imports from China, so who knows if I wouldn't come across something familiar in those shops over there ;-)

I'm sure it was an exciting trip, George. So far I've only been to Hongkong and Macau...and that was decades ago, in 1978.

My first visit to China was in 1983 so not a lot of shopping centres around then and no sign of Australian coffee! The world has certainly changed!
