A delightful capture George, the rest of the brood taken by predators I assume.

They are beautiful George. Just one cygnet left to take care of, and they look very proud. Sadly this often happens. A delightful shot.

National Bird Week . . thats lovely and so are these swans and their
little one. I so hope the Avian Flu does not reach you there . . here
yesterday a state of emergency announced due to the huge increase
in birds catching it and dying . . swans found lying on the river banks,
it is heartbreaking . .
