Cathcart Cemetery, East Renfrewshire

Cathcart Cemetery, East Renfrewshire
Cathcart Cemetery is a cemetery in East Renfrewshire, Scotland, which was opened in 1878 . It is named after the nearby neighbourhood of Cathcart on the southern outskirts of Glasgow, but does not actually fall within the city boundaries. It is bounded to the east by the White Cart Water, with Linn Park on the opposite bank. Quoted from Wikipedia

A very good series Joe. I notice they were taken in a few different cemeteries. I don't see many as elaborate as these, except for in a very interesting windswept graveyard on the Isle of Portland. I would really like to visit that one again. Maybe in the spring. Cheers, Rosa.

Yes indeed, Rosa, I have visited many old graveyards in Scotland. Maybe in the spring, I will be able to visit some more. Thanks for your very kind comment. Cheers, Joe
