Limits & moderation for a group

On groups where admin wanted.

1) Only images
2) One per month (makes people wonder what is going on, and to visit the group)
3) No review to avoid need to moderate contributions every now and then.
4) Only admin and mods can suggest to allow less image in. On some groups there are still mods. So, new non member contributions may still get in. Or non members have old pending requests.
5) Discussions allowed, in case someone wishes to use it.
