Original already edited heavily on Picmonkey.
Revamped on Picmonkey with 'Effects > Posterize' and 'Effects > Curves (blue-yellow preset)'. What seems to be missing on Picmonkey is the hue adjustment, but something similar can be done with curves tool.

there is a color tone setting, at the 2nd edit, but that is only green, blue, red, unfortunately not very color intensive.
I then download my photo again and do it with my installed Irfanview.
Sami Serola (inactiv… club has replied to Erika AkireAnd yes, if "hue" needed, I usually do it on GIMP. But I recently discovered there is hue adjusting also on Mirror Lab and Glitch Lab for Android.
