Nick's Nest, Holyoke
Can you see the hot dog sign as it flashes, alternating with "popcorn"? A Holyoke, Mass., institution. Nick Malfas first set out with his popcorn pushcart in 1921. A store Nick built in 1935 was "Nick's Nest" until 1948 when he designed and built the present store.
