Very surprised to see one of JEY's sunflowers in full bloom - on the 14th November 2022.

An interesting concept that works well from either direction, and a campaign that has been run on a number of occasions. Unfortunately, not always that effective overall. This image was used between the two world wars, during the 1930s. Personally, I try to buy food when it is "in season" and relatively local - both are better for the environment and my wallet. Jimmie the hamster, hoping the food bowl is about to be refilled - despite having hoarded most of what had been put into said bowl the previous day. He has just been out for some handling and then a run around the floor in his Ball. The latter was something with which he had plenty of fun and practiced enough to have sufficient skill to navigate around people and other obstacles. Taken through the top of his habitat in April 2017.
