Barock-Ensemble mit Filmtreppe
Bauhistorisch bedeutendes und zugleich malerisches Ensemble barocker Fachwerkhäuser. Bemerkenswert insbesondere die originalen Haustüren aus dem 18. und 19. Jh. Auf dem Sturz über der Rokoko-Tür des Hauses Nr. 30 - zwischen der Jahreszahl - eine Kartusche mit Metzgerzeichen in der Mitte sowie die Initialen CW und MW. Vermutlich wie Haus Nr. 28 damals im Besitz des Kaufmanns, Müllers und späteren Kellerers (Finanzverwalters) Conrad Weber und seiner Frau Maria.
Die imposante Klostertreppe mit ihren 108.Stufen mehrmals Kulisse für Kinofilme:
"Wenn wir alle Engel wären" mit Heinz Rühmann (1936) sowie
"Der wahre Jakob" mit Willy Millowitsch ( 1960).

Baroque ensemble with movie staircase
Architecturally significant and at the same time picturesque ensemble of baroque half-timbered houses. Noteworthy in particular the original doors from the 18th and 19th century. On the lintel over the rococo door of the house no. 30 - between the year - a cartouche with a butcher's sign in the middle and the initials CW and MW.
