These two little pink ferries are adorable!!!!!!
I see in the distance on the other bank a pretty castle!

I think the building opposite is a training facility
called Warsash Maritime School.

I love the excellent colour contrast in this scene, Rosa. The pink ferries stand out well against the blues. Talking about pink ferries makes me think of one of my favourite rock group. the Pink Fairies. LOL. I hope you are having an excellent Sunday. Cheers, Joe

Son dos fotografías con buen color, enfoque y encuadre. Con ese cielo luminoso el paisaje te quedó muy bonito. Me resulta familiar, porque en la ría de Bilbao, hay tres puntos donde funcionan continuamente en parejas, cuando sale uno de una ribera el otro lo hace de la contraria y aquí se llamaron botes y ahora gasolinos. si encuentro una foto la subo.

I recognise those bright pink ferry boats..............as I've been there several times and walked along the river on the opposite side to this. I've never used one though :-)) Did you use the café which is just off to the right of this pontoon.........we've had lunch there a couple times and it's really good.

Anyway.............this is a lovely shot Rosa. The view to the distance is beautiful and the ferry boats stand out nicely against the blue sea. Some lovely clouds and sunshine too.

I was quite impressed with my visit there. I will remember your recommendation for lunch.
We just had tea and a snack in a nice little cafe near the car park. They had a nice back garden.

Hello Ros, Rosa, Rosalind, well it's difficult to miss these ferries. Vvery useful colour in foggy weather. My names have ranged from Amelia, Scottie, Ginger, Shortie, and Amy. I didn't mind Ginger, but that wouldn't suit me now. ;-)))

I answer to most of those Amelia, but mum wouldn't like the ind ending...she chose lyn ;-))
My mum's brother and father had beautiful ginger hair and I did when I was born!
When I go to Hamble again, I will cross the river on the pink ferry boat :-))
