A marvellous old stone house.

It is George. I would love to look inside.

Such a beautiful old house..............and in a perfect location. It all seems pretty original too (except for that one set of windows). I love the stonework, especially those huge stone window frames. You've captured it all in wonderful detail.

Wow what a home, Rosa. that old stone is amazing.... It has a great location also. well taken , is that a church just beyond it , it seems taller as if it could be..... but maybe just another home. I like the bay window there at the side,,,the blue door must be the entrance... WHERE do they park? :)

Thank you Sarah. I love these old houses but they rarely have a parking space. I did notice a private car park around the corner that I expect is reserved for the people who live around the Mill Pond.....no cars about when these were built!

A lovely old house. I like the big end gable and especially that it has been built on a slope. I used to live in a building that was built on a steep slope. The front was two stories high and the back three stories.

They made them to suit the terrain back then Jean! Makes it more interesting and I like the sound of the property you once lived in!
