County Clerk moved civil ceremonies outdoors at the Honda Center, where the professional hockey team plays. Several of the well-separated ticket booths were manned by clerks inside, who passed the papers to the couple for signing and conducted the ceremony. Safe, fast, and uniquely memorable. Up to four guests could stand outside the marked perimeter.
