Nice shot, but even the kitten looks cold. It's just been an incredibly cold and unpleasant winter.

oh yes, she is! our kittens do not want to be outside in all this mess. it's really hard at this point to stay sane. i actually freakin shoveled my driveway with my son, then shoveled way into the street - and all for no reason at all as the street is solid snow/ice and no one can go anywhere unless you own a big truck and chains - and then there isn't anywhere to go as so much is closed. and me without snow boots... if you hear a scream, it's me trying to scare the snow away.

We are very weary of the snow, too. I prefer that it stay up in the mountains but we've had more than our share at the lower elevations. Just arrived home from eastern Washington through blowing snow and freezing fog.

Thanks for the visit. You should try snowshoeing sometime. I don't like snow but I enjoy getting up in it in the mountains, especially on a sunny day.

Yes, she is a Maine Coon. Big paws and pushy personality - but sweet.
