Torre Sevilla
Torre Sevilla
The Sevilla Tower is an office skyscraper in Seville, that is being built under the masterplan of Puerto Triana. Known until 2015 as Cajasol Tower or Pelli Tower , its construction started in March 2008 and it finished in early 2016. The tower has a height of 180.5 metres (592 ft) and has 40 floors. The tower has an office usage with the entrance to the tower located off Odiel street. The tower, built as Cajasol's headquarters, is the tallest building in Andalusia and the city of Seville.
The tower is being built in La Cartuja, the former zone of the Universal Exposition that took place in Seville between April and October 1992. It is located next to the river in an area being redeveloped since the early 2000s. The tower will be flanked by two four story podium buildings also designed by César Pelli . The curved edges of the podium buildings will define a plaza that opens on the north and south and narrows at the center, creating a pedestrian-scaled commercial street.

Valencia – Lonja de la Sede (silk exchange)
The Lonja was founded in 1469 as an oil market. The design comes from a similar building in Palma. The architects were Pere Compte, Juan Yvarra, Domingo Urtiaga and Johan Corbera. The first stones were delivered on February 15, 1483, that was the day the construction begun.
It therefore lasted until 1533 (50 years) until the construction with its crenellated tower and the gothic contract hall were completed.
During the following centuries Lonja served as a silk market.
